We recently informed you about the harmonization of our product coding system and product branding to provide a consistent methodology across all product lines in our portfolio. This plan is developed to coincide with the rollout of a new global SAP system. SentryGlas®, Trosifol®, Trolen®, Butacite® and Butacite® G will all migrate to new product codes effective October 4, 2017 when we go live with our new SAP system.
Important: There will be no formulation changes made at this time - only the product naming conventions will change and we do not expect this to have any impact relative to code-body certifications. Due to the global harmonization, please expect:
- The format of the documents to change.
- Products to be listed under new Material Codes.
- Lot numbers will not change.
We want to alert you to this upcoming change so that you have time to prepare and ultimately implement any required changes to your own SAP or other enterprise management IT systems. Our global sales team is available to discuss any concerns or issues you might have as we move forward with this transition. New global SAP system

In October 2017 Kuraray Group will implement a new global SAP system. This will provide a more reliable and unified global system for all Kuraray PVB division product lines, which will be of immense benefit to our customers. We wish to make the transition as smooth as possible for you. Please expect the following changes:
New forms: By unifying all documents globally, layouts will change slightly.
New customer and vendor number: You will be allocated a new customer or vendor number.
New material numbers: We will unify all material numbers worldwide.
Important activities affecting our service:
The system transition will take place from September 28, 2017, 6.00 p.m. CET until October 3, 2017, 8.00 a.m. CET. Please note that during this time, even due to the Germany holiday, delays may occur. In order to avoid delays please send us your orders by September 25, 2017.

Salt spray testing is harsh but necessary to reinforce peace of mind for interlayer capabilities. This is all the more true when it comes to applications in salt-laden costal regions or on the water. Here, both Trosifol® UltraClear High Adhesion and SentryGlas® interlayers have performed very well. As a result of recent independent and in-house testing series, Trosifol recommends (depending on the scope of application) Trosifol® UltraClear High Adhesion or SentryGlas®.
The results of the tests and further explanations are summarized in the document Trosifol Salt Spray Testing, which is available for download from our website www.trosifol.com. Due to great customer interest, the flyer is also available in printed form.

| The English-language Trosifol website went online in 2016. We realized that we could offer our customers even better service if we had different language versions and, as a result, three more languages – German, Chinese and Spanish – are now available. Japanese and Korean versions will soon follow. In addition, a new menu item - Research & Testing, covering the wide range of tests we offer - is also now available. |
